Why am I getting kicked out or logged off your site on a regular basis?

We have determined that there are several programs that cause members to get kicked out, logged off or experience a "restart this session" screen. We have identified that this is not site related and is often associated with 3rd party software that a member has on their computer. If you have one of the following programs installed on your PC, please let us know. We will send you instructions to allow the program to work with our website. The 3rd party software that we have identified to have difficulties with our site are:
  • Webroot Spy Sweeper
  • Panda Security Suite
  • Shaw Secure Security Suite
  • Spybot Search and Destroy
  • Spyware Doctor
  • Avast! Antivirus
  • McAffee Antivirus
  • AOL Browser (NOTE: We do not support ISP browsers such as AOL. We recommend that you use a supported browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Opera)
We have also found that members who use Internet Explorer may have the browser prompt them to block/accept cookies and they may have inadvertently selected to block cookies from our website. 3rd party applications can also block cookies from specific sites by adding this preference to Internet Explorer without informing the user. To check if you are blocking our cookies please check the following:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools.
  3. Click Internet Options.

We have also found that many members reporting this issue are accessing our site through a bookmark/favorite/search listing/ and/or a link from an old site system notification. Please type X Dating Club into the address bar of your browser which may resolve the problem.

Lastly, we have found that this issue commonly occurs on Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer, please download one of the browsers below: If you have followed all the steps above and continue to have difficulties, please contact our Customer Service.
